Hey there, I’m Scarlet.
If you’ve landed here, you probably want something in your life to change. That’s been one of my obsessions for most of my life: figuring out why some people create incredible transformations while others stay stuck in the same loops.
I’ve explored psychology, neuroscience, spirituality, mysticism, and the teachings of people like Neville Goddard.
I tested everything I could get my hands on.
Some of it worked, some of it didn’t.
I’ve spent countless hours figuring out why certain things click and others just… fall flat.
What I discovered is this: the fastest way to change your life is to change who you believe yourself to be.
Because when your identity shifts, your habits shift. Your choices shift. And life starts to line up with who you’ve decided you are.
That’s what you’ll find here: the tools that actually work. The shortcuts I wish I’d had years ago, so you don’t have to waste decades experimenting like I did.
A few things about me
I love:
Dachshunds (if you have one email me pics!)
Traveling.
Chocolate.
Doctor Who (the 10th will always be my Doctor!).
I hate:
Ruining a perfectly good dish by adding stuff like fruit or honey to it (savoury for the win!)
Pessimism disguised as "being realistic".
The whole "hustling" culture, which makes people work like slaves, feel guilty if they aren't optimizing every single second of their day and aren't continuously pushing as hard as they can, and in the end burning out while they still haven't gotten anywhere.
I believe that:
You are not broken.
You are not unworthy.
You deserve to have all the things your heart desires.
You are infinitely more powerful than you think.
There’s only one you — and the world needs your awesomeness.
You can be, do or have everything you want in life.
If I could only ask you one question, it would be:
If you knew you could have absolutely anything, what would you choose?
